JFET

El Transistor de efecto de campo de puerta de Unión (jfet) es un dispositivo utilizado como interruptor de control electrónico, amplificador o resistencia de control de voltaje. La diferencia de potencial eléctrico aplicada a una polaridad adecuada entre la puerta y el terminal de la fuente aumenta la resistencia al flujo de corriente, lo que significa que menos corriente fluirá entre el terminal de la fuente y el drenaje. Debido a que la carga eléctrica fluye a través del canal Semiconductor entre la fuente y el terminal de drenaje, JFET no necesita corriente de sesgo.
